Lem Miller,
Founding Partner
Originally from Cleburne, Texas, Lem has lived in DFW for over forty years. After receiving his B.S. and M.S. from Texas A&M University Commerce, Lem has worked in virtually every aspect of commercial real estate including construction, project leasing, investment sales, disposition, and tenant site selection roll-out with a variety of companies. Over the last twenty five years, he has completed hundreds of deals for Wells Fargo Bank, Discount Tire, Advance America, and other retailers. Lem also maintains long-term tenant relationships with McDonald’s, Tom Thumb, PLS Financial Services, Bear Creek Family Dentistry, Circle K, Albertson’s, Bank of The Ozarks, and Jefferson Dental Clinics.
Lem prides himself on his reputation for producing measurable results for many national retailers. His concentration in tenant representation is complimented by his ability to foster lasting client partnerships. Lem's tenacious spirit, adaptability, and expert insight make him a crucial advisor to the commercial real estate process.
He lives in Coppell, and enjoys traveling, gardening, and taking walks with his wife, Nell.

Before pursuing higher education, Andy spent years working in construction, gaining hands-on experience and a close understanding of how projects come together. This early exposure sparked his interest in real estate, leading him to earn a B.S. in real estate from the University of North Texas, where he graduated at the top of his class. Building on his construction background, Andy specialized in build-to-suit retail development, focusing on site selection, land acquisition, lease negotiations, and project coordination for national retailers. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with clients such as Wells Fargo, Discount Tire, McDonald's, Goodwill, Taco Bell, QuikTrip, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks.
Andy excels at managing day-to-day details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture throughout every transaction. His ability to navigate complex regulations and foresee challenges makes him an invaluable asset to his clients.
Andy currently resides in Flower Mound with his wife, Alyssa, and their three daughters, Maya, Lucia, and Dalia. He enjoys sports and spending time outdoors with his family.

After earning an Architecture degree from Texas Tech University, Ben began his career in commercial construction, overseeing large retail, automotive, and fitness projects. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of project execution from the ground up. Interested in the early stages of the dealmaking process, he transitioned into retail development and acquisitions, where he expanded his perspective and learned to view deals from multiple angles. This blend of construction and development expertise equips Ben to approach brokerage with a unique, comprehensive insight—helping clients navigate the complexities of site selection, deal structuring, and project delivery with confidence. Throughout his career, Ben has led projects and site acquisitions for major retailers such as Lidl, 7-Eleven, Whataburger, and Starbucks.
Ben's approach is rooted in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results for his clients.
He currently lives in McKinney, TX, with his wife, Stacy, and their two sons, Baker and Nash. In his free time, Ben enjoys family activities, golf, basketball, and painting.
